Established in 2002, our one bedroom with attached private bath is located in our early Victorian home on a working farm, surrounded by orchards and mature trees. The room is furnished with antiques and local artwork. We are located in the Pultneyville Historic District just a short ways off Lake Road, also designated by New York State as the Seaway Trail. Within walking distance are Lake Ontario, Pultneyville Harbor, Antique, Art and Craft shops, as well as a Delicatessen and Restaurant. Come visit us in any of the four seasons to enjoy our historic home and hamlet.
